2.      To jog/ go to the gym / do yoga

3.      To walk

4.      To eat healthy food

5.      To avoid carbs

6.      To avoid meat

7.      To avoid processed food

8.      To eat more veggies and fruit

9.      To cut down on sweets

10.   To eliminate sugar completely

11.   To read more

12.   To learn English more intensively

13.   To learn one more foreign langauge

14.   To join a dancing course

15.   To find a new hobby

16.   To save money

17.   To join a charity organisation / become a volunteer

18.   To be nicer for myself , to have time for myself

19.   To be nicer for other people

20.   Not to break resolutions
